Description
SL1723SH is a high-performance, ultra-low-power Hall-effect switch that detects North pole (N-pole) magnetic field only. It is specially designed for compact and battery-powered systems, with built-in wake-sleep control and temperature compensation to maintain stable detection at 25Hz. It provides CMOS push‑pull output and uses SOT‑23‑3L package, ideal for low‑power position and proximity sensing.
Our Advantages
- Ultra-low power consumption: only 0.9μA at 1.8V, maximizes battery life
- North‑pole only detection for accurate and anti‑interference sensing
- Wide voltage range supports 1.8V–5.5V battery systems
- High ESD protection up to 8kV HBM for high reliability
- Stable magnetic threshold across temperature
- Small SOT‑23‑3L package for space‑constrained designs
