Description
SL1713SH is a high-performance, ultra-low-power Hall-effect switch that responds exclusively to South magnetic pole (S-pole). It is designed for compact and battery-powered systems, using internal sleep-wake logic and temperature compensation to maintain stable detection at 25Hz. It features CMOS push-pull output and comes in a tiny SOT-23-3L package, ideal for low-power position and proximity sensing.
Our Advantages
- Ultra-low power consumption: only 0.9μA at 1.8V, maximizes battery life
- South-pole only detection for strong anti-interference and accurate sensing
- Wide voltage range supports 1.8V–5.5V low-voltage systems
- High ESD protection up to 8kV HBM for high reliability
- Stable magnetic threshold across temperature
- Small SOT-23-3L package for space-constrained designs
