Product Introduction
The SL15N10A is an N-channel medium-voltage MOSFET characterized by high drain-source voltage and low on-state resistance. It is supplied in TO-252 package.
Product Features
- High Drain-Source Voltage: The SL15N10A features a drain-source voltage of 100 V to meet the requirements of high-voltage applications.
- Low On-state Resistance: Its on-state resistance is 115 mΩ @ 10 V, 8 A. The advantage of low on-state resistance reduces power loss in switching circuits.
- High Withstand Capability: The SL15N10A can operate at junction temperature up to 150 ℃. With high voltage-withstanding capability, it fits a wide range of industrial applications.
