Description
SMF14A is a unidirectional surface-mount transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode adopting the standard SOD-123FL package. It provides 200W peak pulse power under 10/1000μs surge waveform and 1000W peak pulse power under 8/10μs surge waveform. This component is widely used to protect electronic circuits and devices from destructive transient voltage spikes and electrical surges.
