It is reported that China Micro Holdings is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Resources Micro.Together with the investment amount of the 12-inch power semiconductor wafer production line project, this means that China Resources Micro's investment in Chongqing will reach 11.75 billion yuan.。

According to China Resources Microelectronics, Runxi Microelectronics is mainly responsible for the construction of a 12-inch power semiconductor wafer production line project. The total planned investment in this project is 7.55 billion yuan.After completion, it is expected to have a monthly production capacity of 30,000 12-inch mid-to-high-end power semiconductor wafers., and supporting the construction of 12-inch epitaxy and wafer process capabilities.
