Description

SMAJ14CA is a bidirectional surface-mount transient voltage suppressor (TVS) with standard SMA (DO-214AC) package. It adopts glass passivated die technology, designed to protect electronic circuits and sensitive components from both positive and negative transient voltage spikes and surge currents. With 400W peak pulse power under 10/1000μs waveform, it delivers reliable bidirectional overvoltage protection for various electronic equipment.
