Overload capacity is greatly improved

The substantial enhancement of overload capability is one of the most critical performance improvements of C2000+. Originally, Delta C2000 could achieve a load of 120% for 60 seconds and a load of 150% for 3 seconds in standard mode; and a load of 150% for 60 seconds and a load of 180% for 3 seconds in heavy load mode. This has exceeded the performance of mainstream general-purpose inverters in Europe and the United States. Therefore, C2000+ has once again enhanced this performance. In standard mode, it can achieve 150% load for 60 seconds and 180% load for 3 seconds; in SHD mode, it can reach 150% for 60 seconds and 200% for 3 seconds.
Even in industries with extremely high instantaneous load requirements such as injection molding and punching, the C2000+ can easily handle it with its excellent overload capacity and large starting torque without the need to enlarge the first gear configuration.  
 

The power segment of the 460V model of C2000+ has been expanded from the original 0.75KW-450KW to a maximum of 560KW. High power and torque, combined with special functions for different industries such as rubber and plastics, construction, metal processing, and handling machinery, allow C2000+ to meet the needs of most industries.    

02Protective capabilities are significantly enhanced

Another major change of C2000+ is the improvement of overall protection.

First of all, C2000+ upgrades the original IP51 cooling fan of C2000 to IP55 level, which not only further enhances the heat dissipation performance, but also improves the protection ability against dust, oil mist, salt mist, etc. by 3-30 times. The use of polished heat sinks with larger spacing further reduces the accumulation of dust and lint. Coupled with the C family's classic installation method of extending the heat dissipation backplane to the outside of the cabinet, the overall heat dissipation and protection effect is even better.
 
 

At the same time, C2000+ adopts reinforced PCB board coating, which complies with the international standard IEC60721-3-3class 3C3. It can protect electronic components from the harm of corrosive environmental gases. While improving the protective power of C2000+, it also expands its application in harsh environments and special scenarios such as sewage treatment.

03High-speed network communication expansion

High-speed network communication capabilities are also capabilities that today’s inverter equipment must have.

C2000 originally supports CANopen, Modbus TCP, EtherNET/IP, DeviceNET, PROFIBUS and other communication protocols, while C2000+ adds EtherCAT and PROFINET to make data transmission and control more convenient and efficient, and cooperates more closely with the Internet of Things system.
