The Jiangsu Platform of the National Third Generation Semiconductor Technology Innovation Center was officially unveiled in Suzhou Industrial Park, and Jiangsu Third Generation Semiconductor Research Institute is the construction and implementation unit.
It is reported that the park’s third-generation semiconductor industry has cultivated more than 40 upstream and downstream key companies, forming a complete third-generation semiconductor industry chain.
According to the preliminary plan, the Innovation Center Jiangsu Platform will introduce more than 5 top international teams by 2025, undertake more than 70 major R&D projects, and form systematic technological innovation capabilities in the third-generation semiconductor field. By 2030, establish a world-class open, international, full-chain third-generation semiconductor collaborative innovation platform with innovative systems and mechanisms.
It is reported thatThe National Third Generation Semiconductor Technology Innovation Center Shenzhen Platform and Jiangsu Platform will implement co-management and governance, coordinated goals, and mutual openness to create an effective management and operation model co-constructed by multiple places.
