SMAJ26CA is a bidirectional surface-mount transient voltage suppressor (TVS) adopting standard SMA (DO-214AC) package. Equipped with glass passivated die technology, it is designed to protect electronic circuits and sensitive components from positive and negative transient voltage spikes and surge currents. Description

SMAJ26CA is a bidirectional surface-mount transient voltage suppressor (TVS) adopting standard SMA (DO-214AC) package. Equipped with glass passivated die technology, it is designed to protect electronic circuits and sensitive components from positive and negative transient voltage spikes and surge currents. With 400W peak pulse power under 10/1000μs waveform, it provides reliable bidirectional overvoltage protection for various electronic devices.
