GBLC03C-SL is a 3.3V bidirectional low-capacitance TVS diode developed by Slkor, built with advanced monolithic silicon technology. It delivers ultra-fast response speed and low clamping voltage to safeguard voltage-sensitive high-speed data lines against ESD, lightning surge and EFT interference. With typical ultra-low junction capacitance of 0.6pF and ±30kV air & contact ESD protection that meets IEC 61000-4-2 standard, this device is encapsulated in lead-free SOD-323 package. Its miniature size, low capacitance and outstanding surge protection capability make it an ideal protection solution for smartphones, wireless modules and communication equipment.

GBLC03C-SL is a 3.3V bidirectional low-capacitance TVS diode developed by Slkor, built with advanced monolithic silicon technology.
