GBLC24CB is a 24V bidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) manufactured by Slkor with advanced monolithic silicon technology, packaged in lead-free SOD-323 surface-mount housing. It delivers ultra-fast response speed and low clamping voltage to protect voltage-sensitive high-speed data lines from ESD, lightning surge and EFT interference. Featuring ultra-low typical junction capacitance of 0.6pF and outstanding ±30kV contact & air ESD protection capacity complying with IEC 61000-4-2, this miniature component is an ideal surge protection solution for smartphones, wireless modules and gigabit communication equipment.
