GBLC24CB TVS Diode SOD-323

GBLC24CB is a 24V bidirectional TVS diode developed by Slkor adopting advanced monolithic silicon technology. It delivers ultra-fast response and low clamping voltage to protect voltage-sensitive high-speed data lines from electrostatic discharge, lightning surges and electrical fast transients. With an ultra-low typical capacitance of 0.6pF and ±30kV air/contact ESD protection complying with IEC 61000-4-2, this lead-free SOD-323 packaged device features small footprint, low capacitance and superior surge resistance. It is the ideal protection solution for smartphones, wireless communication modules and various communication equipment.

GBLC24CB is a 24V bidirectional TVS diode developed by Slkor adopting advanced monolithic silicon technology.
